If you are waiting for orders from Booth Seventeen, I apologize for the unusually long delay in shipping. I ran out of sleeves and mounting boards for prints last month, and the supplier I order from has been out of stock. I recently found out they do not expect to be back in stock for about three months. I use an odd size of mounting board and finding an alternate supplier for a product I can afford was a bit difficult.

I was eventually able to find an alternate product of slightly higher quality, also at an increased cost. The new sleeves and boards are on the way, and custom print orders will be filled as soon as they arrive.

Physically, I seem to have overcome a lot of the fatigue that has been plaguing me. I am now spending about ten hours a week exercising on real cardio equipment, and working out with weights. That is a lot of my time, but my sleep has improved immensely, and I'm having some success forcing myself into a schedule. I'm also taking seven pills a day in assorted vitamins and supplements, and monitoring my diet closely to make sure I get enough protein and whole grains. And consuming very little caffeine.

Except for being sore from the weights, I am physically feeling MUCH better. My back pain has been nonexistent for the last couple of weeks. My back has hurt forever so that's kind of a big deal.

Mentally, I have been struggling a lot lately. I don't want to discuss details, but there are a lot of things dragging me down that I can't do much, if anything, about at the moment. I spent a few days preparing for Hurricane Gustav when it looked like he might be headed to Houston, which did not happen. Fortunately, that has left me mostly prepared in the event that Hurricane Ike hits. There are still a few supplies I could use, which I'm trying to purchase as I can. We have no plans to leave the city barring the apocalypse.

I've been working on some regular comics, and should start posting updates again soon.

If it looks like Ike will become a threat I'll try to post an update of our situation.

Well, hi guys. I have a huge problem with borders, and I found nothing related to it. Maybe you can help me...

Hello there gentle readers!

As some of you may be aware we're lucky enough to get an exciting new episode of Torchwood beamed straight into our ears on Wednesday. (Insert awed "ooohs" right about here). (That is, of course if the CERN Large Hadron Collider doesn't suck the world into a black hole when they turn it on.)

As a new episode is going to generate a fair bit of discussion torch_wood will be going onto Moderated posting from Tuesday for about a week. Our fair and awesome leader pontisbright will be posting reaction and review posts on Wednesday, just like we do on a normal episode night and we ask members to follow the usual episode guidelines as found in the User Info.

The episode will, hopefully, be able to listen to via Radio 4's listen again page and it's also being released in a shiny CD form the following day (if we've not been sucked into earlier mentioned black hole).

A friend of mine has recently set up a fanfiction archive. You can post all your stories there... so far categories include: Nightmare on Elm Street, Batman, Burn Notice, Buffy the Vampire Slayer (and I'm assuming by extension Angel), Doctor Who/Torchwood, Harry Potter, The Lone Gunman, Smallville, Stargate SG-1, Stargate: Atlantis, Supernatural, and Teen Titans... I'm sure many more fandoms will be added, and I'm going to talk to Techie about possibly separating the Torchwood and Doctor Who categories, and maybe adding in Sarah Jane Adventures.
